The warranty offered to the buyer is defined as repairing of defective equipment for a period of six (6) months following the delivery date. The buyer will be served freely if all the installments were made on the dates set in the present document. The seller will have the right to refuse to respect the present service warranty as long as due installments are overdue or it will be the decision of the seller to serve the buyer after which seller’s work and material costs could be claimed to the buyer. Defective equipment will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period under the condition that the equipment in question is not rendered defective because of the fault of the buyer, his agents or a third party and their abusive use or neglect. Moreover, the buyer renounces any recourse against the seller for a loss of productivity, a loss of merchandise, a loss of profits or else in case of delays in the delivery of goods and services.
